All images, text, design concepts, and materials created by Sahel Rothera Events remain the intellectual property of the company unless otherwise agreed in writing. You may not copy, reproduce, or use our materials without prior written consent.
7. Limitation of Liability
While we strive for excellence in every detail, Sahel Rothera Events is not liable for:
Acts or omissions of third-party vendors.
Circumstances beyond our control (e.g., weather, travel disruptions, or force majeure).

For destination weddings or events abroad, clients are responsible for any travel requirements, permits, or local compliance. Sahel Rothera Events will assist in coordination but assumes no liability for local regulatory matters.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, USA. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration or mediation in New York City, unless otherwise agreed.
